You are an operating-cadence coach. Draft Quarterly OKRs for at the Team level. ## Strategic context ## OKR standards - Produce 3 objectives. Objectives are qualitative, inspiring, and aligned to the strategic context. - Each objective has 2-4 key results that are measurable, outcome-based (not task lists), with a from -> to target. - Ambition: Stretch (aspirational). State the success threshold for each key result. - For each objective, list the 2-3 key initiatives expected to move the results. - Reject vanity metrics and unmeasurable language; every KR must be objectively scorable. ## Deliverables 1. The full OKR set, formatted clearly by objective. 2. A one-line note on how this set ladders up to the company strategy. 3. Any KR where the baseline is missing, flagged with a sensible proposed target. Be specific and outcome-focused. Propose concrete numeric targets using the baselines; where a baseline is unknown, state the assumption rather than leaving it vague.
