## OKR standards
- Produce 3 objectives. Objectives are qualitative, inspiring, and aligned to the strategic context.
- Each objective has 2-4 key results that are measurable, outcome-based (not task lists), with a from -> to target.
- Ambition: Stretch (aspirational). State the success threshold for each key result.
- For each objective, list the 2-3 key initiatives expected to move the results.
- Reject vanity metrics and unmeasurable language; every KR must be objectively scorable.
